Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order (a contract has been made between us) that will also state when the order will be processed and delivery (if appropriate) will be made.
How to place order
On any page of this store you will find products/services available to purchase. To buy any product/service simply click on the 'add to cart' or 'buy now' button that appears next to the product/service you wish to purchase.
This will take you to the PayPal (secure payment) checkout/cart (if cart, please click on 'proceed to checkout'). At the checkout you will be given two options. Either enter your PayPal name and password to pay using your PayPal account, or if you don't have a PayPal account, click on the 'continue' link at the bottom left of the page to pay by debit/credit card.
If you have made a mistake, then you can tick any item in the cart, then update cart to remove that item. If you are at the checkout stage, then clicking the 'back' button on your browser will return you to the checkout or store.
Delivery
P&P charges vary on each product. Please see our shipping terms for details.
Goods are sent out at our earliest opportunity which is either the same day or next working day following order (deliveries from CHC) or within 3 working days (if direct from the supplier), but in any event will be sent within two weeks of order. Any delays in excess of this will be notified by email at our earliest opportunity.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Delivery shall be made to the address given on your order/payment, and therefore you should notify us on or before order/payment if alternative delivery requirements are needed.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You should contact Canine Health Concern to confirm the return address. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Refunds shall be made in full within 30 days of receiving notification of your wish to cancel the contract.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us (as above). We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. In any event it is our aim that you should receive the product that you have paid for, and we will do our utmost to ensure that aim is met.
