Handling/Shipping Fees

All individual product prices show whether they are 'inclusive of shipping',
'plus shipping' or 'free shipping'.

All non-free shipping/shipping included items are charged at the following rates:

£3.49 for a total order value of up to £9.99

£4.00 for a total order value between £10.00 and £29.99

£4.19 for a total order value of items of £30.00 and over

For emergency deliveries for stocked items (such as Parvaid and VibactraPlus), if you
require guaranteed next day delivery there is an additional shipping fee of £4.00
(or £8.00 if it is for delivery on a Saturday). Orders need to be received in time to process and get to the post office, so if received after 2pm may not be sent until the following day.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be sent until Friday
and will attract a Saturday charge of £8.00.

Please note that there are (rare) occasions when the office is not manned,
which means next day orders won't get processed until the following day.
Therefore please contact us by phone on 01665 570005 before you place
your order to ensure we are able to send the same day.

Please note that if we are away that next day will be from when we return - please do not choose the next day option if a notice appears on the website banner/header with dates that we are away.

Please note that other customs duties/taxes that may be applicable in your own country to receive goods are payable by you, the purchaser. Neither CHC or our suppliers are liable for any additional charges that may be made to you within your own country.
