Handling/Shipping Fees

All individual product prices show whether they are
'inclusive of shipping', 'plus shipping' or 'free shipping'.

All items where shipping is charged are at the following rates:

£3.69 for a total order value of up to £9.99

£4.00 for a total order value between £10.00 and £29.99

£4.59 for a total order value of items of £30.00 and over

For emergency deliveries for stocked items (such as Paxaid and VibactraPlus),
if you require guaranteed next day delivery there is an additional
shipping fee of £5.00 (or £10.00 if it is for delivery on a Saturday).

Orders need to be received in time to process and get to the post office,
so if received after 2pm may not be sent until the following day.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be sent until Friday
and will attract a Saturday delivery charge of £10.00.

Please note that there are odd occasions when the office is not manned,
which means next day orders won't get processed until the following day.
If you do not receive email confirmation of a next day order by 2pm
please phone on 01665 570005 to ensure we are able to send the same day.

Please note that if we are away that next day will be from when we return -
please do not choose the next day option if a notice appears on the
homepage of this site with dates that we are away.

Deliveries from the UK to Europe

Please note that other customs duties/taxes that may be applicable in your
own country to receive goods are payable by you, the purchaser.

Neither CHC or our suppliers are liable for any additional
charges that may be made to you within your own country.

Shipping charges for deliveries to Europe are built into the product prices
and standard post rates for Standard International Post only.

Please note that Standard International Post is NOT tracked and once
it has been sent there will be no way of knowing where the item
is or if it gets lost. CHC is not liable for any lost items.

Whereas items do not often get lost, a more reliable way is to send using the
Tracked or Tracked and Signed options below, which we would recommend.
Note that Tracked/Signed options do not have a guaranteed delivery time,
but can be expected to arrive in around 7 working days. This does depend upon your countries customs and/or delivery service where relevant, where delays can occur.

As some shipping charges will have already been included with your product order,
the prices below represent the additional/balance of charges to send by those methods.
